Cancellation Policy

🧾 Call-Out Policy – Red Rok River Construction At Red Rok River Construction, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient service delivery and fairness to both our team and our clients, the following call-out and cancellation policies apply to all on-site consultations and service appointments: 🔔 Call-Out Fee A minimum call-out fee of R350 is required before any site visit, consultation, inspection, or quote is conducted on-site. This fee covers transport, time, and basic assessment services. The R350 will be deducted from your final quotation if you proceed with the project. 📅 Booking Policy All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Once the appointment is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the R350 call-out fee. Proof of payment is required at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment to qualify for a partial refund. A 50% cancellation charge applies to confirmed bookings (i.e., R175 is non-refundable). No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. ⏳ Waiting Time Policy Our team allows a 15-minute grace period upon arrival at the client’s premises. If the client is unavailable after 15 minutes, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and the call-out fee will be forfeited. Clients who are delayed are encouraged to notify us in advance to avoid cancellation. 💳 Payment Methods Accepted EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Instant Payment via Banking App WhatsApp Payment (upon request)
