There are four major role players in the business model namely, suppliers, subcontractors, the Phethonjul management team and the customers. The management team’s responsibility is to assess needs of the customers and generate an appropriate service product to satisfy the identified needs. Service products are generated by merging products from suppliers with design and construction services provided by subcontractors. The construction process is then managed by Phethonjul to ensure optimal service delivery.
