Phethonjul was registered in 2015 to change way the public views and takes part in the home renovation industry. The idea was developed after a gap in the market for a mainstream, well marketed renovations company which provides quality renovations services to both low and middle income groups was spotted. The team that we are Working with is a team were by each member of the team comes with a unique skill set which I believe we will be instrumental in the success of the business.

Phethonjul is a home renovation business. Its purpose is to provide quality renovation services which enable the customers to achieve their home design objectives. The various renovation service products are offered through our customer centric business model. This model allows each service product to be tailored to meet the customer’s needs. Our business model is designed to meet the needs which have been identified with in the market

The home renovations is one of the oldest industry and although home décor and construction have come in leaps and bounds to become more attuned to the end user, the way the home renovation service is provided is as old as the industry itself. Premier home renovation services are only within reach for the affluent and the regular Joe is left to grapple with contractors which are at times unreliable and whose workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. At Phethonjul, we believe Joe deserves better.

We bring together some of the most skilled subcontractors, good suppliers and great customer service to create a model to offer our renovations services. This model is decidedly customer centric. It focuses on uncovering the customer’s needs, learning to fulfill them better than competitors and creating value for the customer which will be reflected in the way in which the customer is treated and the final outcome of the renovation project.

The innovation strategy plays a central role in our business activities, the purpose of which is to discover new areas and new needs our services can fulfill and improve our existing services. New services will be developed to meet additional need our customers may have which in turn unlock new revenue streams for the business and add value to customer experience.
